Overview
VenueFlow gives venues, event spaces, and hospitality teams an interactive layer to embed directly on their own website. Prospects can walk through the venue, choose from a layout library of common setups (weddings, galas, corporate events, and more), build their own seating chart, and manage their guest list — all before booking an in-person tour. An aerial virtual-preview feature, currently in pilot with early venue partners, shows prospects an immersive view of their event in the space. For venues, it means more qualified inquiries, fewer repetitive questions, and a premium first impression that replaces static photo galleries and PDF floor plans.
